- Appointment of Accountants for 2023-2024
- Membership Fees for 2023-2024
- Presentation of Annual Report
- Presentation of Financial Report
- Election of Management Committee for 2023-2024
Please note:
Current Management Committee members are required to step down at the AGM but may renominate for a position.
Management Committee Nominations
Nominations close 12noon 31 August 2023 Please put completed forms in the locked Nomination Box which will be in the Commodore’s Office. Nomination forms are available near the Sign-in Register.
Nominations are called for the following positions:
- Commodore
- Vice Commodore
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Vessel Group Coordinator
- Radio Group Coordinator
The list of nominees with nominators and seconders will be displayed on the Base Noticeboards after 12noon 31 August 2023.
If there are more than one nomination for any position a silent ballot will be held at the AGM.
